Parents and group leaders ask us the same question every week: "What do you actually offer for parties and group events?" Short answer: two distinct packages built for two distinct group sizes. Here's how to pick the right one.
Special Event Packages — for 8 to 20 participants
This is our birthday-party powerhouse. Perfect for backyard birthdays, small private gatherings, scout dens, or any group of 8 to 20 kids where you want to show up, relax, and let trained staff run the whole experience.
What you get: • Our staff facilitates everything — games, transitions, debriefs • All equipment delivered and set up • Multiple activity options: classic field games, sports challenges, STEM team builders, Minute-to-Win-It style stations • Hosts get to actually enjoy their own event
This is the package for the parent who wants the party to be amazing without spending the morning of refereeing tag.
Mobile Field Trips — for 20+ participants
When the group size jumps past 20, we shift modes. Mobile Field Trips are designed for schools, churches, 4-H clubs, end-of-week summer camp celebrations, school field days, and large youth groups.
What changes: • Multiple stations run simultaneously • Your staff (or volunteers) lead the activities — we train them on arrival • Up to 80+ kids served per hour • Equipment, station design, instruction cards — all included • Cost-effective per-child rates that scale with group size
Quick decision guide • Under 20 kids and you want hands-off? Special Event package. • 20+ kids and you have helpers? Mobile Field Trip. • Birthday at a park or rented hall? Special Event. • School field day or end-of-camp celebration? Mobile Field Trip.

A note on venues: we don't provide the space, and private homes need to be approved beforehand. But if you're stuck on a venue, ask us — we can often source one through our local partnerships.
