Seeking school partners · Nashville & Williamson County
When pickup time and work hours don’t line up, families need a better option. We’re seeking Nashville-area school partners to launch Cadet Care, combining before and after school care with real enrichment, homework time and active afternoons.

For Nashville families
You need reliable coverage. Your child deserves more than waiting for pickup. Cadet Care brings those two needs together in a proposed school-based program with a familiar rhythm and activities kids can choose.
Our approach comes from Recreation Academy camps, clubs and sports clinics. Cadet Care is the next step—not an established network of care locations. A school partnership would put that approach into the hours before and after the bell.
Nashville & Williamson County
Nashville-area families have different commutes and school calendars, from Davidson County to Williamson County communities. A Cadet Care proposal would begin with your school’s morning arrival, dismissal, pickup arrangements and the coverage families actually need.
No current Cadet Care school? You can still share interest. We review requests alongside the building’s needs before deciding whether a launch is possible.
A proposed afternoon
A clear routine leaves room for choice. Final times are planned with each school, but the afternoon would follow this rhythm.
Attendance, a snack and time to settle after the bell.
A supervised block to get assignments started before pickup.
A hands-on club, creative project or coached sports activity.
Group games and a short reflection on teamwork and effort.
An organized pickup and a steadier end to the school day.
Before-school care: typically 7:30–9:00am, with check-in, free play, a structured activity and a walk to class. Both windows flex to the school’s bell schedule.
Included, not added on
The proposed care model includes enrichment participation, with eight clubs across the school year. Activities rotate by age, interests and site resources; kids have a voice in what they do.

Build, test, rethink. Hands-on clubs turn curiosity into problem solving, from domino engineering and chess to comic creation and drone challenges.

Ga ga ball, cooperative games and foam-tipped archery give kids room to move, practice teamwork and try something different.

Basketball, flag football and backyard baseball combine real instruction with practice and play. Kids build skills—not just fill time.

More than supervision
We recruit people with experience working with children, pay facilitators $17.50/hr and welcome interest from teachers at your school. The site lead would bring professional experience leading kids.
Enrichment is part of the proposed tuition model. Children can choose activities that interest them instead of sitting through an afternoon that feels the same every day.
Our teaching cycle is plan, facilitate, debrief and grow. Staff submit lesson plans, lead activities on their feet and help kids reflect on what worked and what they can try next.
For Nashville schools & principals
Proposed school revenue share, subject to final listed pricing.
Fair family pricing. $0 cost to your school. Your building provides the agreed space; our team runs the program and handles enrollment and billing. Final family tuition and your school’s share belong in a clear written proposal.
Family tuition, the school’s share and optional break-day sessions listed in your proposal.
Morning arrival, afternoon pickup and space planned around the actual school day.
Staff recruiting, training, daily supervision, enrollment and billing handled by us.
A Recreation Academy contact for school questions and program coordination.
School breaks & days off
School holidays and teacher workdays create another coverage gap. School-break and day-off camps can be planned alongside Cadet Care, subject to the school’s space, staffing and approvals.
A clear path to launch
A parent request starts a conversation, not an enrollment. We agree a launch only after the school, our team and the required approvals are ready.
Parents can register interest; school leaders can request a proposal.
Review family demand, bell times, space, pricing and staffing.
Agree the partnership and complete required site approvals.
Share final schedules and tuition once the school’s launch is ready.
Tennessee’s approval route depends on how a program is operated. DHS regulates child care, while the Department of Education oversees certain school-administered programs. We would confirm the correct oversight and site requirements before setting a Nashville launch date.
Our team would coordinate filings, inspections and follow-ups with the school. Timing is site-specific: we do not promise an immediate opening or treat enrichment as an automatic substitute for licensed care.
Local partnership interest
We welcome interest from schools in these communities. They are areas for potential partnerships—not a list of current Cadet Care sites. Share your school even if your neighborhood is not listed.

Parents · Make the first move
Tell us where before and after school care would make a difference. Your request helps our team understand local interest as we seek school partners in Nashville.
We haven’t launched Cadet Care at partner schools yet. You don’t need a confirmed location to share interest—and sharing interest does not commit your family or school to anything.
