The same standard in every city

Every staff member completes FBI fingerprinting and a background check. Coaches start at $17.50 an hour, and many are education majors earning university credit hours. Each site is led by an experienced team member with professional experience leading kids. We keep a 1:14 staff-to-child ratio. Coaches follow a weekly cycle: plan, facilitate, debrief, grow.

For schools, there's $0 cost to the school plus a revenue share. We handle staffing, programming, registration, and parent communication.
