The Recreation Academy Lands in Medford, Oregon: Enrichment Clubs, Sports Clinics & STEM Programs for the Rogue Valley
Big news for Southern Oregon: The Recreation Academy is officially expanding to Medford, Oregon and the surrounding Rogue Valley. Elementary schools, school districts, charter schools, and park & recreation departments from Central Point to Ashland now have access to the same trusted enrichment programming that has become a fixture in St. Louis and Nashville.
Why Medford and the Rogue Valley
Southern Oregon is a community that genuinely shows up for its kids — and it deserves a serious enrichment provider to match. Families here are looking for more than babysitting after the bell. They want **after-school clubs in Medford**, **youth sports clinics in the Rogue Valley**, **STEM and STEAM programs**, and **summer day camps in Southern Oregon** that actually teach a skill, build confidence, and make a Tuesday afternoon something kids look forward to.
That is the gap we exist to fill.
What we are launching in the Rogue Valley
Our Medford operation will run the full Recreation Academy program library:
- **After-school enrichment clubs** — chess, art, cooking, drama, Lego engineering, coding, creative writing, and more - **STEM clubs and robotics** — hands-on engineering and science for K-6 students - **Youth sports clinics** — soccer, basketball, flag football, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, and multi-sport FUNdamentals clinics - **Field day, in-school enrichment, and PE partnerships** — turnkey support for elementary classroom teachers and PE staff - **Summer day camps and school-break camps** — full-day and half-day camps for summer, winter break, and spring break - **Out-of-school time (OST) programs for park districts** — wraparound rec center programming that fills facilities and serves families
Every program is led by background-checked, trained instructors and supported by our centralized operations team — so partner schools and park boards get a true plug-and-play enrichment partner, not just a roster of contractors.
